we visited whiskers and wag in an emergency situation as our cat had not recovered fully from parvo and lost his appetite and was throwing up yet he was discharged from the previous clinic and we were told everything is fine. At 6 in the morning I came across their link on google and called them, at 6 I spoke to the assistant Dr, Dr Ali who heard the entire case on call and gave me the truthful medical assessment. We reached the hospital around 9 once the senior Dr, Dr inam had arrived. The entire staff was aware our cat is coming and were very helpful. The clinic was very clean and looked like a proper veterinary institution unlike grooming Center’s passing themselves as vets in Dubai. The Dr and his team m carried out the latest tests and had all the equipment available to give us updates. Once admitted the staff was very helpful by sharing video updates periodically as visitors in this virus are not allowed, they would answer all questions and nursed our baby back to 100%. Whiskers & Wags is an incredible clinic. I had an emergency and they took my 2 dogs in immediately and they were both given immediate, professional and loving care. It didn’t turn out to be anything bad,  but Dr. Waseem made sure he checked everything before letting us go home. Then we received several follow up calls to check on my dogs. They went above and beyond what should be expected. To top it off, my dogs now have a wonderful new vet and clinic. I can't thank the team at this veterinary clinic enough for their exceptional care of my beloved cat. Ms Joanne, the lady who greeted me first and asked about our concerns was really good with patience to help and explain how to give coco's medication. Dr. Waseem, a friendly and could explain clearly in  sence that i can understand his accent. One staff assisted us and who was with Dr. Waseem also talk with respect. I cannot recommend Whiskers and Wags Veterinary Clinic highly enough even! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. They showed genuine care and concern for our Oreo, making us feel reassured and comfortable.

The veterinarians here are truly outstanding. They took the time to thoroughly explain Oreo's condition and treatment options, answering all of our questions with patience and expertise. It's evident that they are passionate about what they do and have a deep love for animals.

The clinic itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern facilities. We felt confident that our Oreo was receiving the best possible care in such a welcoming environment.
